Small museums have always faced special hurdles that intensified during the pandemic. Three program officers from the National Endowment for the Humanities will present overviews of new programs for 2023-24, developed with smaller museums in mind and launched under Chair Shelly Lowe. Attendees will hear how NEH can help address impacts of climate change, strengthen social and community engagement, forge new partnerships, and engage underserved communities. The session will devote generous time for questions and for attendees to speak directly to NEH staff about project ideas.
